Quality inspection of SMD board-mounted products
There is a system in place to ensure quality, from reliable inspections to process improvements.
Our company uses an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to verify the soldering condition and the accuracy of component placement on SMD circuit boards. If any defects are found, we analyze the causes of the issues at a microscopic level using digital microscopes and X-ray inspection equipment. The results of this analysis are quickly fed back into the production process, contributing to quality improvement and prevention of recurrence. This establishes a system that continuously ensures high quality and reliability.
